A Watercolor Sampler with Susan Hinton
In this class, students will learn techniques and tricks for painting flowers, foliage, metal and glass, and painting on watercolor canvas. Find out how to:
• paint flowers that look delicate and translucent
• paint foliage and leaves that look alive
• paint tricky subject matter like metal and glass
• find new freedom in painting on watercolor canvas
Come learn a few tricks to get your floral paintings to glow without agonizing or overworking them. Take a trip with Susan down the road of shine and reflection; you'll never avoid those metal and glass surfaces again. Then, finally, learn to paint on watercolor canvas - an experience that will change the way you think about watercolors. Open to students who know watercolor basics and beyond.
